You can quickly start your tomato and vegetable seeds inside. You can construct a grow-light box inexpensively. This task cost $27 for the first box and just $17 for the 2nd box. It can be made with just a knife. Very basic however efficient building and construction. It is terrific for beginning vegetable seeds and growing vegetable transplants for your garden.
